Hi, I'm Brian Flores, the owner of WrappStarr.
I used to own a cell phone repair shop in California. I sold it and moved to Arizona to start over.
With the help of a good friend, Sean, I opened a paint and body shop. But I'd never painted before. I was slow, the shop was losing money, and the company I paid to do my marketing was taking forever to bring in customers.
So I looked around and noticed something: a lot of shops paint, but not many do wraps. I completed Avery Dennison's Supreme Wrap Films Training in 2023, started wrapping, and then bought my own printer. After that I walked into businesses around Tucson, one door at a time, selling banners, stickers, printing and wraps. That's how WrappStarr started.
Honestly, because of my own website. It was ugly, full of fake AI pictures and misspelled words, and I wasn't showing up on Google. So I took Google's AI courses on Coursera and learned to build websites with AI plus a real person checking every page. Now I build the same thing for other Tucson businesses: websites, chatbots and AI phone answering that actually bring in customers.
I treat every customer the way I'd treat my mom. I do whatever I can to make sure they're happy. If I make a mistake, I fix it — no excuses. My customers are how I pay my bills and feed my family, so I treat them the way I'd want to be treated. I take on a few customers each week, so every job gets my personal attention from start to finish.
My daughter, Saithong. She's named after her grandmother in Thailand — her name means "gold necklace." I have her four days a week, and she loves helping out around the shop. She's a total daddy's girl. Everything I build, I build so she can have a better life and bigger opportunities than I had growing up.
